Refund policy
Returns
Due to the natural nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. We ask that you please select your products carefully. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
Exceptions are made if the product is received damaged, in this instance, customers must notify us via email within 2 days of receiving products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will ship out a new item.
Shipping
To return your damaged product, you should email our support team at opulenthairessentials@gmail.com and we will supply you with return shipping slip.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
