HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?

Our products are perishable, and we hand-make them after receiving your order to ensure that you receive fresh, high quality products. Processing takes 3-4 business days in addition to shipping time, but your order may ship sooner. 

 

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

We will provide you with an email to a tracking number when your order has been fully processed and is ready for shipment. Once your order has been processed you will then receive an email with a tracking number. You will mostly likely not receive an email with a tracking number before 3-4 BUSINESS days AFTER you have placed your order.

 

I DIDN'T ENTER MY INFORMATION CORRECTLY, WILL MY PACKAGE STILL GET DELIVERED?

Incorrect address information will cause late deliveries of your package. If your package cannot be delivered it is returned to us via USPS and we will have to reship it to you. Unfortunately, this process takes longer than traditionally mailing a package. We cannot ship you your order until your package has been redelivered to us and then we can ship it out to you. If you are unsure if you entered in the right address information please email us your correct address as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) and if your order has not already gone out for shipment we will change it.

 

MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED UNSUCCESSFULLY, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please contact your local post office or the shipping courier directly asap with your tracking number. They have GEO location and will be able to tell you where your package was delivered and sometimes can connect you with your area's courier. 

 

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

Please make sure a neighbor has not signed for  or received your package or your package has not been left by your mailbox. If not please reach out to your local post office directly asap with the tracking number. We cannot help you until you reach out to you local post office and get more information.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

If you missed your package, please check with your local shipping company or postal office with the tracking number to pick up your parcel as soon as possible.
